Reclaim is a transformative program designed to help you regain control of your life and rediscover your true self. This is for Everyone but will be specifically those: - Feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their purpose - "Who am I?". - feeling like they are juggling all the balls and they are starting to fall - the Mom who is yelling at their kiddos more then they want, or the partner who is feeling alone and isolated and unsure how to lift themselves up so they can connect to their relationship once more. - For the Soul who tucked themselves into bed thinking "gah another day over, what did I accomplish, what did I get done?" Waking up again thinking " here we go again" lacking the space and awareness to think about the possibility of it actually being an amazing day. Someone moving through the actions because thats just "all the energy I have to muster" WHAT IF - you set yourself up for the greatest summer you have had in - you cant remember when - the steps towards that, starts now! What if this summer you were so connected back to self that it was the playful and spontaneous summer with your kids instead of dreading their time off, or the most connected summer to your partner, or you felt like your feet were back underneath you Reclaim consists of 6 group Zooms (1 Thursday/Month) where you can be seen and witnessed exactly as you are, Weekly recorded offerings for you to incorporate into your life as well as a Group Community where you can feel connection and support. We will explore various techniques and practices aimed at fostering self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth. Whether you're dealing with past traumas, navigating life transitions, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, Reclaim offers a supportive and nurturing environment to facilitate your journey . Take need to take the first step towards reclaiming your life & embracing your authentic self, but you don't have to do the alone.
